He released in 2009 his first album Ambiguity, followed by an advent calendar album called Advent in 2012. He is currently working on his third album Astray, due end 2014, from which he will be releasing singles beforehand. ==Early life== Alan A. was born in Nantes, France and was raised in Notre-Dame-des-Landes, by his father Christian and mother Marie-Madeleine along with sisters Chrystèle and Nathalie. His whole family, apart from his father who died in 2001, still lives there. He studied in nearby town Blain, Loire-Atlantique and started taking singing lessons when he was 16. After completing his Baccalauréat, he moved to the nearby city of Nantes, where he studied English and American Language and Literature for a year.
